Clarissa Ramos "Freelamour" is a Folk Singer/Songwriter, Spiritual Life Coach and Entrepreneur from Brooklyn, NY. Ever since she was young, the world felt like too much to handle for Clarissa and she spent many years hiding from her pain. Through writing she's able to untangle the cobwebs of her soul.
Although she considers herself a citizen of the world, Clarissa is of Puerto Rican descent. Her indie folk and acoustic rock sounds tell the tale of a broken soul who has traveled through darkness in search of the light to discover a rainbow of possibilities. She describes her music as a look
into her diary, which she's open to sharing with the world.
Clarissa earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Queens College, City University of New York, is a Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and a Reiki Master. Having delved into all kinds of self-exploration and spiritual awakening practices, she continues her journey of connecting to her higher self and the world.
She is currently actively facing her life long fear of singing on stage.
