Clarissa Ramos is a Singer/Songwriter from Brooklyn, NY. She began her musical journey in 1999 when she attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts in Manhattan, NY for singing. After finishing High School she avoided music for a number of years until 2013 when she began writing original songs. Since then, she has had one of her original songs featured on Spike Lee's Netflix series "She's Gotta Have It." Her indie folk and acoustic rock sounds tell the tale of a broken soul who has traveled through darkness in search of the light to discover a rainbow of possibilities. Clarissa describes her music as a look into her diary, which she’s open to sharing with the world. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queens College, City University of New York, is a Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and a Reiki Master. Delving into all kinds of self-exploration and spiritual awakening practices, Clarissa continues her journey of exploring and connecting to her higher self and the world.
